Erin Dillard

Ms. Dillard is an American Montessori Society certified early childhood teacher and has been teaching in Montessori Primary classrooms for almost 18 years. She earned her Master of Science degree and Montessori Early Childhood Certificate in New York City where she lived for 20 years. She is quite skilled in reinforcing each child’s independence, fostering motivation to develop a love of learning, as well as encouraging each student’s individual learning style. Having witnessed students in Montessori classrooms become independent, creative problem solvers who are also kind and respectful citizens of the world, she firmly believes the Montessori approach is whole child education.
