Nadia Van Waes grew up in Brussels, Belgium. Nadia discovered the Montessori philosophy and the importance of learning through movements, and the exceptional respect of the young child because it focuses on the individual child’s developmental progress with a self-initiated movement. She became passionate about Maria Montessori and her philosophy and started teaching at a local Montessori School. She aims to guide children along their growth and development path and inspire them to become joyful long-life learners! She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and holds an American Montessori Society (AMS) Credential in Early Childhood Education. She has been working with young children from infants to kindergarten for over two decades. She enjoys learning, cooking, gardening, biking, and traveling with her husband and family.
